Trivia Bee Team Information

Registration Info

Fill out and submit your team registration form by February 17, 2023. Only 15 teams spots are available, so don't dilly-dally!
  • Fee: $200 per team
  • Team Members: 2 minimum and 5 maximum (must be 18 years old)
  • Team Name and Costumes: Come up with something creative as there are prizes involved!

Key Event Info

  • Teams must check in no later than 5:30 p.m.
  • Event doors open at 6 p.m. (silent auction, appetizers, cash bar)
  • Trivia Bee starts at 6:30 p.m.
  • Winners will be declared around 9 p.m.

Trivia Bee Rules

1. Each team consists of 2-5 members. Team members will collaborate as a group to answer each Trivia Bee question. 
2. Only the paper, pen, and clipboard provided are allowed. 
3. NO use of cell phones, electronic devices, or any outside help. If you need to use your cell phone for personal reasons during the event, leave the room.
4. There are 10 trivia rounds, and each round has 5 trivia questions.
5. Team answer sheets will be collected at the end of each round.
6. “Honey Helper” Rules: The audience can buy 1-3 points for the team of their choice after Rounds 2, 4, 7, and 9 by answering a trivia question. Pay $50 for 1 point, $100 for 2 points, or $150 for 3 points. 
7. Prize Rounds: On Rounds 3 and 8, the team that earns the most points during these rounds wins a prize. 
8. Usually answers do not be spelled correctly, BUT the judges have to know what you mean.
9. Don’t yell out your answers.
10. All challenges must be brought to the judges.
11. Prizes will be given for Best Team Name, Best Team Costume, most questions answered correctly, and most points earned or bought.
